  • Are appointments required?
    Yes. We require appointments so that we have ample time set aside exclusively for you.
  • Is a consultation required?
    Yes. We require all new post-op clients to schedule a consultation so that we may assess your body as well as address any concerns you're currently experiencing. Your first appointment will include a consultation and a massage.
  • Are deposits required for massage appointments?
    We only sell massages in packages and all packages must be paid in full at time of scheduling. All services in any package must be redeemed in 30 days.
  • When should I begin massages?
    We highly recommend receiving massages every day for the first 14 days, beginning the first day after surgery.
  • How many massages will I need?
    Our rule of thumb is at least 15-20 massages. You may need more if you're experiencing continued swelling, a seroma, or developed fibrosis.
  • How long is a massage?
    A massage is 30-45 minutes. The actual appointment is typically 60-75 minutes to allow you time to undress and redress into your faja, foams, and boards.
  • Can I receive massages after breast augmentation, breast reduction, or breast lift?
    Yes. Massages after breast augmentation are extremely beneficial to help with the prevention of capsular contracture as well as helping the muscle to relax if the implant was placed under the muscle.
  • Do you offer massage packages?
    Yes. We offer them in 2 tiers: 4 weeks or less post-surgery in increments of 6, 9, or 12 massages & 5 weeks or more post-surgery in increments of 6 or 9 massages.
  • What's the difference between a 4 weeks or less massage and a 5 weeks or more massage?
    Our 4 weeks or less option includes hand manipulation only to help facilitate the lymphatic drainage. Our 5 weeks or more option includes hand manipulation and additional body sculpting modalities to mold and shape the body to further enhance your surgeon's work.
  • What happens if I cannot medically complete the remaining number of massages in the package I purchased?
    In the event you cannot MEDICALLY complete the services/treatments in the package purchased, the remaining unused amount can be transferred as a CREDIT towards other services/treatments at Glamazon Body & Beauty Wellness Studio. *Doctor’s statement must be provided.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Thank you for arriving on time to your appointments If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes to the start of your appointment, we ask that you wait in your vehicle so that we may continue serving the client ahead of you without interrupting their service time If you are running late, please call us at (317) 602-3185 We allow a 10 minute grace period if you are running late If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, rescheduled, or shortened depending on the service(s) booked If we are running late, we will call to let you know in the event you want to reschedule or accept the late start time Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $25 Cancellation Fee Appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before the start of your appointment will be charged a $40 Last Minute Cancellation Fee If you No Call No Show, 75% of the missed appointment's total must be satisfied before any future appointments can be scheduled All fees must be satisfied prior to booking any future appointments PACKAGES POLICY: Payment is due in full for any and all packages in order to receive the special pricing All services/treatments in any package must be redeemed in 30 days Payments made on any package are NON-REFUNDABLE In the event you cannot MEDICALLY complete the services/treatments in the package purchased, the remaining unused amount can be transferred as a CREDIT towards other services/treatments at Glamazon Body & Beauty Wellness Studio *Doctor’s statement must be provided Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled if time permits within the 30 day allotted timeframe. The $25 Cancellation Fee will still be due Appointments cancelled at the last minute (less than 2 hours before) may be rescheduled if time permits in the 30 day allotted timeframe. The $40 Cancellation Fee will still be due A No Call No Show will result in forfeiture of the service/treatment and will not be allowed to rescheduled 2 No Call No Shows will result in the forfeiture of the remainder of the package and no credits or refunds will be issued. No future appointments can be booked with us
  • How soon can I receive Wood Therapy after liposuction?
    We recommend postponing any additional body sculpting modalities until 4-6 weeks post-surgery, possibly longer, depending on individual pain tolerance and where your body is in its healing stages.
  • Do you remove drains?
    Yes. We offer drain removal. A drain log is required before we can schedule your removal.
  • Do you drain seromas?
    No, not at this time.
  • Do you reopen incisions to drain lymphatic fluid?
    No. Due to the increased rate of infection that reopening incisions causes, we do not and will not reopen any incisions.
  • I had a BBL. Will I have to lie on my back during the massage?
    Yes. We will have your buttocks on a pillow and legs elevated while we massage your abdomen and flanks.
  • My abdomen and flanks are hard. lumpy, and painful. What's going on?
    You may be experiencing fibrosis. This can happen when the area isn't receiving adequate compression from your compression garment. We offer a massage that addresses this issue.
  • I have a Pulmonary Embolism (blood clot in the lung). Can I still receive massages?
    If your doctor clears you to receive massages, yes. We require you to provide a doctor's note clearing you to receive the service before we will begin or resume massages.
